What if i forget my order number? - You will always receive an automatic e-mail confirmation when you place an order. If you place an order by fax or phone, a number will be issue at that time. In that case just send us an e-mail or fax or call us and we can give you the information.

Why is there sales tax on my order? - Sales tax rate of 7% will be charged to residents of New Jersey because our business is located here. All other states are tax exempt.

How will i know if my order was approved and shipped? - An automatic e-mail confirmation is sent out. If  the order was given by phone, a number will be issued at that time.
